Habitat
Murrill’s Amanita fruits from July to September in the company of deciduous or coniferous trees.
Cap
Beige to pale yellow, turning pale with age, often whitish near the margin, bare or adorned with white velar flakes.
Stalk Feature
Partial membranous veil, white. Non-bulbous stipe emerging from a white, bag-like volva.
