Fruit body
More or less slender profile.
Cap
Beige to pale yellow, turning pale with age, often whitish near the margin, bare or adorned with white velar flakes.
Margin
Striated for about half of its radius.
Gills
Creamy white, more or less crowdy, with truncated short gills.
Stalk
White, even, stuffed then hollow, smooth to finely fibrillous.
Stalk Feature
Partial membranous veil, white. Non-bulbous stipe emerging from a white, bag-like volva.
Flesh
White.
