Attenuated upward, broadly bulbous, onion-shaped bulb up to 4 cm in diameter.
Stalk Feature
A white secondary veil, often pale yellow with age. The stipe emerges from a white volva.

White.

No reaction to KOH, NaOH or NH4OH
