Marge en croissance large et brun rouille pour devenir noirâtre l’année suivante. Plus étroite avec les années.
Tubes
Pores non visibles, 5 à 6 (7) par mm, ronds, à parois épaisses.
Surface des tubes
Surface des tubes jaunâtre à brun rougeâtre, parfois étagée.
Chair
Chair brun rougeâtre.
