Habitat
Dead hardwood, on the roots or near stumps. Yearly
Cap
Multiple round caps, with centred stems. Glabrous, depressed in the centre, white, greyish to pale brown, darker in the centre.
Margin
Thin, wavy, whole or slightly lobed.
Tubes
Angular, large, 1 to 3 per mm, descending on the foot, up to 2 mm in diameter on the foot.
Pores and Pore Surface
Whitish at first, straw with age.
Stalk
Centered, white to creamy; branches several times from a common base.
Stalk Feature
Covered with pores towards the apex.
Flesh
White to cream.
