Pore surface yellow, immutable or sometimes staining blue when bruised; large, angular pores, 1-2 per mm.
Stalk
Nearly equal or tapered downward.
Stalk Feature
Ribbed-reticulate stalk at least in the upper part.
Flesh
Whitish to pale yellow, immutable or staining light red when cut.
