Fruit body
Slender fruiting body 10.5 cm high x 5 cm wide.
Cap
Brown, campanulate, finely cracked in places.
Margin
Even.
Tubes
Adnate, brown, 1.3 cm long.
Pores and Pore Surface
Brown, round pores.
Stalk
Enlarged downward, full.
Stalk Feature
Brown stipe, dark towards the apex and paler downward, covered with fine roughness.
Flesh
White flesh in the stipe, unchanging over a period of 3 minutes.
