Pale brown cap, cracked, yellowish in the cracks.

Pores and Pore Surface
Pores surface yellow and darker towards the margin, becoming bluish-gray when bruised. Angular and irregular pores, 1.5 per mm.
Stalk
Gradually narrowed down.
Stalk Feature
Pale brown stipe speckled with whitish spaces giving the appearance of a reticulum, yellow at the apex and darker brown coloration downward.
Flesh
Whitish to yellowish, the yellowish color being darker in the stipe
Chemical reactions
The flesh turns pale brown with KOH and the same changes are observed on the cap and stipe. The other reagents also give brown tints on the stipe, while formalin gives a bluish gray tint.
