Cap
Fruitbodies entirely white, often stocky; smooth cap surface, sometimes adorned with veil remains. Does not yellow with HOH or NAOH.
Margin
Plain, not furrowed.
Gills
Free, crowded, with numerous gills.
Stalk
Attenuated upward, broadly bulbous, onion-shaped bulb up to 4 cm in diameter.
Stalk Feature
A white secondary veil, often pale yellow with age. The stipe emerges from a white volva.
Flesh
White.
Chemical reactions
No reaction in presence of KOH, NaOH or NH4OH.
Comments 
Deadly mushroom just like the Destroying Angel.
